Time Entry Options

With multiple time collection methods, all employees can easily track their time. Use a combination of methods to collect data quickly and accurately.

Collect employee time from a time clock. Employees can easily clock in at a time clock using their employee badge (barcode or proximity) using the keypad, or using biometrics (fingerprint authentication). In addition to clocking in, employees can transfer to different labor accounts and apply activity codes.

Simplify time and attendance by using mobile devices so you can quickly prepare time sheets for payroll processing. The TimeMaster Prime mobile app makes tracking time, requesting time off and running reports easy for employees. Using the app, you can turn any device, phone, tablet or computer into a time clock. The mobile app is supported on both iOS and Android devices.
