Data Collection Methods
With multiple time collection methods, all employees can easily track their time. Use a combination of methods to collect data fast and accurately.
Collect employee time from a timeclock. Employees can easily clock in at a timeclock using their employee badge (barcode or proximity) using the keypad, or using biometrics (fingerprint authentication). In addition to clocking in, employees can transfer to different labor accounts, activity codes, display last punch and view total hours.
Simplify time and attendance by using mobile devices so you can quickly prepare time sheets for payroll processing. The TimeMaster Summit mobile app makes tracking time, requesting time off and running reports easy for employees. Quickly transform any device, phone, tablet or computer into a timeclock. The mobile app is supported on both iOS and Android devices.
Need employee self-service? Employees may easily enter their hours in a spreadsheet format. They are also able to reallocate hours at the end of any time period to more accurately reflect their actual activities. This information will then be sent on to payroll or any other system of record.
MANAGING TIME SHEETS
Users can quickly manage employee time sheets using filters and shortcuts, making it easy to address time sheets with exceptions and review hours worked.
